The 1 hl. o 2,5 hl. Pocket-Bräu Brewhouse is the ideal model for restaurants and farms that want to offer their customers a small beer production. Also suitable for those ready to take their first steps in this sector, this plant can be useful for testing new recipes or training students in courses organized by schools or Universities of the brewing sector.

Consisting of an AISI 304/316 stainless steel single-block structure with all its parts already connected, the Pocket-Bräu Brewhouse is ready for operation after connection to the electric, water and/or gas supply lines.

Complete with a mash / kettle tun, a lauter / Whirlpool tun, a hot water tankand cooling exchanger, it also provides the possibility to connect another tun for the production of double batches.

Suitable for the production of any types of beer, the Pocket-Bräu Brewhouse requires little space, short installation time, is user-friendly and simple to operate; besides, it requires no extra labour when being moved or replaced.
