The fermenters, also called “unitanks” can first be used as fermenters and then as maturation tanks.
They generally have a cylindrical-conical shape, with cooling jacket on the cone as well as on the shell and are fully insulated.
Suitable for net capacity from 3 up to 800 hl.

These tanks generally have a cylindrical shape with dished ends, cooling jackets on the shell and are fully insulated.
